The lady that greeted us was fantastic and so lovely. The bartender was also so accommodating. The carpeted and tiled areas were brand-new and clean. The rooms were clean as well. The bathrooms and bed are what I concentrate on, and they were perfect!! The lady that checked us in was so kind & humble. She & her husband deserve a raise!! The dining and lounge areas were cozy and perfect for our family. We played cards and visited in these areas. The pool and hot tub was nice to relax in, and the other guests in these areas were also polite to others.

The location is exceptional. 9th Avenue North of Hwy I-94 is a long stretch of great stores and plenty of dining choices. Now, drive South of Hwy I-94, the road bends & one can turn South on 7th Ave to get to Kirkwood Mall, and many other shopping choices. As well, the Zoo is within 12 minutes of the hotel. The facilities are fine. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. This is a MUST, here in ND. The staff, we didn't interact much.

really clean very nice rooms were impeccable, nice beds, pillows etc. the breakfast in the morning was awesome. The gentleman at the desk when we arrived in the evening was so helpful warm and kind!

Location = close to I-83 shops & restaurants in immediate neighborhood ( Applebee's,Walmart,Ross dress for less...) Clean - quiet - all necessary amenities available - free parking - complementary breakfast

it was beautiful and very clean, it was quite. E stayed on 11/8/22. the person I brought to Bismarck some how twisted a tendon in her knee and could not walk,(no one’s fault), the guy that was working was so sweet, he helped me get her to and into my car, he was there when we went up to our room and he was back right away in the morning! You have a gem of an employee in him, I wish I would have gotten his name, he’s a black guy with a fantastic smile 😊 please let him know his help was so so appreciated

The staff went over and above to make sure my handicapped mother was comfortable for the two night stay! We will definitely not stay anywhere but this hotel from now on!

This is the best deal in the area. I think the prices are so competitive because they are a new hotel and kind of hidden from street view. If you can get a room here for under $100, it is a steal. This hotel is more along the lines of a fancier hotel as opposed to a quality hotel for the money. Breakfast was as good as you can find for a free continental. Plenty of hot and cold food available. Hint: the ice machines are on floors 2 and 4 in the cubby to the south side of the elevators (none on floors 1 & 3).

The room was nice and bed very comfortable. I have 2 service dogs and the guy at the front desk asked for their paperwork or certificate. That is not a thing most people that produce any kind of I’d or certificate likely got it from the internet. Once he talked to his manager it went smoothly but the staff should be adequately trained for situations like that. They can ask 2 questions: Are the service dog(s) your service dog(s)? What tasks have they been trained to do to help mitigate your disability? With those two questions you can weed out the fakes.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Price was reasonable. I would stay again if we were in town.

Check in was good. Our original room was not ready so received an upgrade. The breakfast was the usual offered. They did have someone making omelets but they used too much oil. Made very greasy. Pancake machine did not work. Could have offered oatmeal and more fruit.
